Your holiday home is in the village of All Stretton, the northernmost of the three Strettons that follow the road below Long Mynd from Shrewsbury (13 miles) to Ludlow (18 miles). There's a dog-friendly pub within half a mile of the doorstep and, less than 2 miles away, Church Stretton has a variety of independent shops, traditional tea rooms, inns and restaurants.

To the east of the town, impressive Caer Caradoc – site of an Iron Age hill-fort – stands out against the skyline.
