The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for two, a sitting room with TV and an electric fire, and a ground-floor utility with washer/dryer.

There is a super-king-size bed and a shower room. Outside, there is a private garden with patio and seating, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
