Start your day with a coffee on the patio with sea view before you wander the 200 metres, past cafes and an ice cream parlour, to Combe Martin's pretty pebbled beach. Pop back up to the house for lunch, eating in the stylish kitchen/diner or out on the decked sun terrace at the rear of this property. Guests approach this single-storey property via a flight of external steps, leading across the front patio and on to the front door.

Once inside guests will find beautiful light-filled rooms which have been finished in restful muted tones creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in the attractive lounge and all three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner is another elegant space with a square dining table seating six and a well-equipped kitchen area. Just steps away from the village centre and its 17th century pub, this property is in the perfect position for spending days at the village or for heading further around the coast to the neighbouring harbour town of Ilfracombe 5 miles away.

Head to the harbour and jump onboard a boat trip across to Lundy Island, under the watchful eye of Damien Hirst's huge statue of Verity. Other places worth visiting in the area include Combe Martin Wildlife Park (2 miles), the theme park at Watermouth Castle (2.5 miles) and the huge sandy beach at Woolacombe (11 miles).
