Please note: The changeover day is Friday. The Grove is a large house set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with a Juliet balcony and two doubles, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom.

Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars.
