The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and dining seating. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with en-suite shower and a double with en-suite shower, along with a twin serviced by a cloakroom. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a decking with seating, hot tub, plus a lower patio.

No smoking. Two well-behaved dogs allowed. Garden area is surrounded by hedges and a gate but dogs should be supervised at all times.

WiFi, fuel, power, travel cot, highchair, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop, beach and pub. Make Beach View your next escape to Devon.
