Noah's Rest is a three-storey home with six bedrooms; two king-size, one second-floor double, one double, one ground-floor wet room, and one single and truckle. There's a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a second-floor bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There's a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire.

Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A stairgate, highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside there's roadside parking, a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, and an external games room with a pool table and sofa.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.1 miles, beach in 0.6 miles.
