Trevor Cottage is an individual, terraced character cottage, situated on a quiet residential street in Llandudno and can sleep eight people. There is a king-size double bedroom, two double bedrooms, a second floor twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking, an enclosed front garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden with decked area with furniture.

Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach and promenade 2 mins walk. Train station 1 mile.

Note: Second floor attic twin has sloping eaves with reduced head height.
