Clarence House consists of seven bedrooms over three floors: a second-floor family room with super-king-size bed plus two twin beds and Smart TV, a super-king-size with sofa bed and Smart TV, two second-floor king-size rooms with Smart TV, a king-size with sofa bed and Smart TV, a double with Smart TV, and a bunk bed room. Three bathrooms: second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC; bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC; ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with 2 sofa beds, and games room.

Outside, there is off-road parking and plenty of free roadside parking and an enclosed front and side garden with lawn and furniture. Gas central heating available. Appliances include double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.

Entertainment: 55" 4K Smart TV, 6 x Smart TVs, WiFi, sound system with adaptive lights, Amazon smart speakers, table football, table tennis, selection of games. Fuel and power included. Bed linen and towels included.

EV Charger on site. Highchair and 2 travel cots available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, extra pets at owner's discretion.
