Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and a enclosed rear garden with furniture. Ty Barcud offers a quaint base to explore historic towns and landscapes of Wales. Note: This property can not accept children including Infants.

Sorry, but this property cannot accommodate giant breeds (over 45kg). For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask that all dogs are fully house-trained and socialised, and that they are insured and receive regular flea treatments. Enjoy the spacious 3-acre enclosed field with short-mown grass - perfect for your dog's exercise, training and playtime!

The exercise field is a shared space with the owner's two friendly dogs, and their other holiday cottage. We do not accept XL Bullys, or any dogs or cross-breeds mixed with dogs banned in the UK under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Note: Eaves in first-floor bedroom have limited headroom over the beds - (max.

6' 3" at apex), Guests are welcome to use this bedroom, on the understanding that this room has a low ceiling towards the eaves. Note: The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm; therefore, they may not be suitable for larger or less mobile persons.
