Felin Gogoyan is a cottage consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating for four, and a sitting room with woodburning stove, Freeview TV, and two reclining armchairs and a reclining sofa. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden patio with furniture, lawn, BBQ, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
