Tangaer Cottage is a superb, semi-detached cottage settled on the owners' working sheep farm, three miles from Lampeter. With three bedrooms, one four poster double, plus one twin and one single with additional pull-out single, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also a first floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, plus a ground floor cloakroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, along with a utility room.

Outside is off road parking for three cars plus an enclosed lawned garden with swings, slide, a sandpit, and basketball hoop. There is also a decked patio area with furniture and a gas barbecue to the front of the property. Nearby is the beautiful Ceredigion coastline, along with plenty of history to uncover in the nearby museums, mills and the ruins of a Roman fort in the owners' adjacent field, which guests are welcome to wander through.
