This luxurious farmhouse with a hot tub sits amidst the scenic surroundings of the West Yorkshire countryside. Up to six guests and one canine companion can enjoy cosy evenings in the cinema room, special meals in the formal dining room or garden games on the lawn. Being located in a small village, you'll benefit from being close to amenities while also within easy reach of the Peak District National Park.

Enter the property and make yourself at home in the traditional country-style lounge with a chandelier hanging from the wooden beamed ceiling and tones of red throughout the space. A crackling wood burner sits inside a stone fireplace which is surrounded by velvet sofas and two armchairs. Grab the popcorn for a movie night in the cinema room with plump leather sofas and grey decor.

Continue into the bright and sleek open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with granite worktops and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. This room opens up into a bright and quirky lounge room with a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling. Here there are plenty of board games and video games to enjoy.

Also on the ground floor is a plush formal dining room with chandelier lighting and purple and red velvet soft furnishings. Upstairs you'll find a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite and two doubles, one with an en-suite. Outside is a lawned garden with a children's play area plus a large, gated courtyard with furniture and a hot tub.

During your stay in the small village of Greetland, you'll have a handful of eateries, an art gallery and the Halifax Bradley Hall Golf Club within 2.5 miles of your front door. Spend a day exploring the museums in Halifax (4 miles) or visit the Peak District National Park (11.5 miles).
