Outside is off-road parking for one car at the owner's property next door and you also have a large unenclosed garden with views over the canal. Note: Care to be taken in the garden, due to tree stumps and rabbit holes in the wood, and steep banks by the pond. Note: The cottage is immediately alongside the canal, if any guests have a boat, you may wish to moor alongside with a gate straight off the canal towpath. Note: Local boat hire available at close proximity to the property.
