The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, woodburning stove and Bluetooth radio. There is also a double bedroom, and a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, and lakeside views, along with off-road parking for one car.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note: this is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles.

Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dragonfly is a wonderful dwelling for exploring Warwickshire as a couple.

Note: Guests will park up, before travelling down a field, on foot, to reach the lodge. Note: Extras available: bell tent if required (sleeps up to 2) and a hamper of local produce can be ordered. Note: Welcome pack provided.

Note: There is a washer/dryer in the farmyard, with eco-friendly soap, washing up liquid and washing powder provided.
