Outside there is off-road parking for one large car and more on roadside, a balcony accessed from garden via flight of steps or from double bedroom with furniture, and a lawned garden, decked area and sheltered courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating provided.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome; dogs restricted to downstairs hard floor areas only and not allowed in the sitting room or on any soft furnishings. Sorry, no smoking/vaping. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, along with a stairgate, travel cot and highchair.
