The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a gas range featuring an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer and dishwasher, a dining room with dining seating for six people and a wine chiller, and a sitting room with a Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of books and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with an en-suite shower room (En-suite will not be available January/February 2026 due to maintenance), a twin with a snug area and Juliet balcony, along with a single; there is also a ground-floor shower room/utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is permit parking available and ample public parking nearby, along with a small side lawn and a garden with patio and furniture.

Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 mile, a pub, and within 2.5 miles, a beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome here (additional charges apply), however smoking is prohibited. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
