Set in an elevated hillside position with far-reaching views out to sea, the property is just a mile from the beautiful beach in the thriving resort of Cromer, a popular seaside town famous for its tasty seafood.

Entering this fantastic property, the airy lounge provides an ideal space for everyone to gather and unwind, and features plenty of cosy seating, a Smart TV, skylights and bifold doors offering stunning views across Cromer. This lovely retreat also has a spacious and sociable kitchen/diner, a fabulous space for cooking and enjoying a delicious celebratory meal. Exploring further, there are four delightful bedrooms, all decorated in light tasteful shades, three with Smart TVs: there are 2 king-size rooms, 1 of them, a zip-and-link which can be made into a twin upon request (one with an en-suite shower room), twin bedroom and a cosy double room with a widened doorway and an en-suite wet room.

The property also has a stylish family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden features a lawn and patio, and makes a lovely spot for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. The garden backs onto several acres of public woodland which can be explored by both public and private-access footpaths.

The property is ideally situated for discovering the thriving resort of Cromer. The town has a wide range of great pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and amusements as well as two beautiful beaches and a traditional pier. Attractions in and near Cromer include the Pavilion Theatre, Amazona Zoo and Felbrigg Hall (all within 2.5 miles).

Heading along the coast, you can discover quieter spots including Sheringham (5 miles) and Mundesley (7 miles).
