Escape to the coast in this welcoming holiday home overlooking Cromer. The property, which sleeps four guests, enjoys a quiet setting on a residential street, yet is just 1 mile from the bustling seafront and sandy beach. Nearby attractions include Amazona Zoo, North Norfolk Railway, and Sheringham Country Park (all within 6 miles).

In the evenings, soak up the sun in the south-facing garden, complete with BBQ and hot tub. The detached holiday home has a sociable, open-plan layout and is full of creature comforts and homely touches. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner for spending quality time together.

The stylish kitchen area has everything needed for a self-catering break, and the table next to the window is the perfect spot to gather for memorable mealtimes. In the evenings, sink into the leather sofas to watch the Smart TV or play on the Nintendo Wii. The elegant bathroom and a twin bedroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom is set under a sloping ceiling, and features an en-suite shower room and sea views through a porthole-style window. Outside, the enclosed, south-facing garden is a real suntrap. Relax here, after a day of exploring, sharing a BBQ and unwinding in the hot tub.

Head down to Cromer's seafront to dine in one of the independent restaurants (many of which serve the famous Cromer crab), walk along the sandy beach, or catch a variety show at the Pavilion Theatre on the end of the pier. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through the town, offering fabulous walking opportunities with far-reaching views. A 5-mile jaunt along the clifftops will bring you to Sheringham – another bustling resort with plenty to see and do.

From Sheringham, you can board the steam train to visit the market town of Holt.
