The arrival time is 15:30 & check out time is 09:30. Note: Due to neighbouring properties, the hot tub cannot be used past 11pm each evening. Note: Communal BBQ area- There is a communal BBQ area in the shared green space with seating.

There are BBQ utensils that are kept within the Bike storage area. Please provide your own 'self lighting' coal. We ask that the BBQ is cleaned after use ready for the next visitor, and that old coals are disposed of in the Coal bucket located underneath the BBQ.
