It features a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, bathroom, off-road parking, and enclosed front garden. The rear garden offers access to a shared outdoor heated pool (Good Friday–Sept) and hot tub (year-round), plus indoor gym.

Pool/hot tub access is via the owners' garden. Pool hours: Mon–Fri 9am–12pm & 3pm–6pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm. Please note: the pool is heated via an air sourced heater.

Hot tub also open Mon–Fri 7pm–8pm. Includes paddock for dog exercise. One well-behaved dog welcome.
