The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a second-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dotties Retreat is a wonderful escape to Dorset, whatever time of year.
