Set over three floors; 1 x double and 1 x twin on ground floor. Ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC. Stairs to first floor; living/kitchen/dining area.

Stairs to second floor; 1 x king size bed with ensuite with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Juliet balconies on 1st and 2nd floors. Enclosed courtyard garden.

Off road parking for one large and one smaller car together with singular access. Private communal slipway and access to Castle Cove Beach, ideal for launching boats or paddle boards. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
