The Barn is a big, smart detached house on a 200 acre Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms with six bathrooms, including one easy access ground floor bedroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen.

Outside is a paddock for games, a play area, a hot tub and a terrace with furniture and outdoor electric grill, as well as the farm to wander and enjoy outdoor activities. The Barn is a smashing base for big groups to enjoy a lovely Devon holiday. Note Please let us know at time of booking if you don't require the Hot Tub there is a £100 supplement to use the Hot Tub during you stay please bring your own towels

Five upstairs bedrooms: 2 x double, 2 x twin, 1 x family room with four single beds, all with TV and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Landing reading area. Ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and kitchenette/seating area and external ramped access.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for six cars.

Children's play area, outdoor electric grill, hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
