The bedrooms include one king-size (zip/link) and three king-size rooms, one of which has a en-suite bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and a garden with picnic bench.

Three well-behaved welcome dogs fee applies, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop within 2.5 miles, and a pub within 2.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Higher Wadden Farm is a wonderful base for exploring Devon and the Blackdown Hills AONB. Note: There are steps throughout and the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. The woodburning stoves are ornamental only.

Note: Property sleeps 8 but can sleep 10 with the use of the futon in the super king room. NOTE: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450GBP.
