The Old Parlour is a peaceful detached cottage in countryside in the Devon village of Sampford Courtenay. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a downstairs king size and an upstairs gallery childrenÂ's twin, with downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a gallery seating area and the open plan living area with seating area, dining area and kitchen is downstairs.

Outside are acres of lovely landscaped gardens with two ponds and a brook. Just a short walk from the good village inn, The Old Parlour is an excellent place for a restful Devon break. Note: All bookings must start or end on a Saturday

Two well-behaved dogs welcome but £10 is payable for the second dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
