The Cottage with its own indoor swimming pool, is a gorgeous thatched, cottage, 1¼ miles from Sampford Courtenay. The Cottage can sleep six people in three ground floor bedrooms, each with their own en suite facilities. Inside the lofty, beamed, open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, has a wood burning stove and French windows.

Outside is a huge decked terrace with table and chairs, and panoramic views to Dartmoor over the owners' 205 wooded acres. Centrally located for exploring Devon, The Cottage is a peaceful base in lovely countryside.

Over two floors. Three ground floor bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (6' zip-linked, 6'6" long bed) with en suite bathroom, 1 x double with en suite bathroom, 1x twin with en suite shower-room. First floor open-plan living area with sitting area, with wood burning stove, French windows to decked terrace, kitchen and dining area.

First floor WC and basin. External laundry/utility room.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed terrace garden with indoor pool.

Gas BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Note: This property is approached over ½ mile rough hardcore farm track. Note: Indoor heated swimming pool is available from 9am to 7pm and at other times by arrangement. Note: Paddocks and a covered yard are available for horses, by arrangement.
