The bedrooms consist of a double and child's bunk bed. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a small patio courtyard and a balcony with furniture and glimpses of the estuary, plus designated off-road parking for 1 small/medium sized car. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking.

The designated parking space is off Allenhayes Road and clearly marked No 2,space is suitable for a small/medium sized car.
