Yardarm is a delightful, spacious period town house, situated on Devon Road in Salcombe, within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront. The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms with one family bathroom, shower room, and a further shower cubicle and w.c. with basin in the utility room.
There is a contemporary kitchen, and a light and airy lounge/dining room, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (plus shower). Outside there is off road parking for up to four cars, as well as a balcony with patio table and four chairs, accessed by the ground floor bedrooms. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00.
