Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a rear enclosed garden with decking, artificial grass, and furniture.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

You can find a shop, a pub, and a beach in 0.7 miles or less. Note: There are steps throughout the property and a slight spiral in the staircase, please take care. Mayflower is the perfect choice for a break to the Devon coast.
