Orchard Barn is in a quiet rural position, close to the head of Batson Creek, and about a 15 minute walk to the shops and quayside in Salcombe. The property accommodates five people in three bedrooms (one master en suite double, one double and one single), and has a family bathroom and cloakroom. There is also a lounge with open fire, and kitchen with dining area.

Outside is a rear courtyard with furnished patio, and parking for three cars. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat within easy reach of Salcombe's amenities, this could be the perfect accommodation. Please note there is currently no wifi at the property (from September 2025)

Rear courtyard with patio furniture. Parking for up to 3 cars. Bed linen and bath towels supplied.

Feather bedding throughout the property, unfortunately there is no alternative bedding available. Strictly No Smoking New for 2024 The owner has replaced all of the Sofas and chairs in the lounge along with the lounge carpet. They have also replaced the 2 King size beds.
