The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room and sitting room. The bedrooms consist of two family rooms (one with a double and single and one with a king size bed and a single bed), along with a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property will accept one pet however smoking is not allowed. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and pub.

Twelve Oaks Farmhouse is a magnificent escape, whatever time of year. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm May-Sept.
