Alder Lodge is a fantastic family-friendly property in south Devon, offering plenty to see and do in the immediate area and further afield for all ages. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a bathroom, and is suitable to sleep up to four people. Within the lodge there is an open plan living space containing a kitchen, living, and dining area.

Outside is a private decking fit with furniture and a barbecue. Alder Lodge is a fantastic property for a small family or two couples looking for a coastal adventure. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover.

Accommodation Summary

All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms; 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC.

Open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.

Central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels included in rent.

Fuel and power included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available by request. Off-road parking for two cars.

Wrap-around decked area. Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. One well behaved pet welcome at an additional charge and sorry no smoking.

Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Shop and fishing lake on-site, pub 1.7 miles. Note: There is a dedicated electric vehicle charging station on site which is payable at reception.
