Lynmouth View has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining space, whilst the sitting room has an electric fire and TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs.

The bedrooms include a king-size with TV and en-suite shower, a twin and a single with a pull-out trundle. Decking with furniture. Within 0.6 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach.

Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Note: Access to the property involves a sloping pathway and several steps, which will not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: This property does not include a washing machine, but a full-service launderette is available in Lynton, operating seven days a week. Although the property is mainly on one level, there are four internal steps.

Note: Roadside parking may be available close by with loading and unloading possible, and there is a village car park approximately 400 yards away, weekly parking permits can be purchased at the Tourist Information Office.
