Cosy Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, popcorn maker and a coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two guests, a lounge area with TV and a shared games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts board and a selection of games and DVDs. There is one super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, furniture and barbecue, access to 11-acres of grounds, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional parking is available if required.

Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cosy Cottage is a wonderful escape for a couple in Devon.
