Please note: Sunday arrivals cannot be accommodated. In between Mid- July and end of August the property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights. The living areas in this single-storey accommodation consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas Range cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, coffee maker, gas fire, and a Smart TV.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and a barbecue stand, adjoining off-road parking for two cars, additional parking on-site, and an EV charging point on-site. Within 4.7 miles, you will find a farm shop and bar.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. Meadow Lodge is a wonderful base for a luxury break to Devon.
