21 Dart Marina is a luxury first floor apartment sleeping up to four people. with stunning views over the River Dart, just a short level walk from historic Dartmouth's award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has two bedrooms - one with a King-size bed and en suite bathroom, and one with twin beds that can be linked to create a super King-size bed on request.

The property also has a family bathroom, kitchen and an elegant lounge/dining area with a fabulous semi-circular bay window, which can be opened to create a ‘Juliette' balcony, offering spectacular views over the River Dart.

Accommodation Summary

First floor apartment. Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size with en suite (Kaldewei bath, spacious separate shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light) 1 x twin beds which can be zipped together. Family bathroom (Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light).

Lounge/dining room Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Facilities

42" television with Blueray player. Internal 'Juilette' style balcony. Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer.

Parking for one car. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring beach towels.

Strictly No Smoking. One dog permitted.
