Moonrakers is a light and spacious detached property, situated in an elevated position, enjoying views over Dartmouth town and across the River Dart. With three bedrooms (one en suite double, a further double and a twin), a family bathroom, and an additional separate cloakroom with w.c., the property sleeps six guests. Just a short five-minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, and close to the nearby beaches of Start Bay, Moonrakers is an ideal property for a family, or perhaps several couples, keen to enjoy quick and easy access to Dartmouth itself and the surrounding area.

Accommodation Summary

Three bedrooms: 1x King-size bed with an en suite shower room with w.c. and wash-hand basin. 1x Double.

1x Twin (can zipped together to create a super-King size bed. Family bathroom on the lower floor, with bath, shower (over), w.c., and wash-hand basin. Cloakroom at ground floor level with WC and basin.

Kitchen / breakfast room. Sitting / Dining room. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin.

Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Gas fired central heating - combi boiler. Stats on the radiators. Fridge/freezer, Miele washer/dryer, Electric oven, Gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hoover.

Highchair. Flat screen TV, Apple TV, DAB radio. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied.

You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves. Wi - Fi available. Enclosed garden with large patio with table and chairs, Barbecue available.

Parking for two small cars or one large car only. Strictly No Smoking
