Waterland Old Barn consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining space for six, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, plus an external games room with pool table, dart board and games. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a first-floor double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture, off-road parking for three cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 1 mile or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
