There is room for the whole family in this attractive single-storey converted barn: one of three properties on a working 170-acre farm. A large shared enclosed lawn area and separate games room on site mean you’ll have plenty to do and heaps of space, as well as countless day trip options locally: uncover the historic towns, sandy beaches and beautiful walks along the dramatic coastline of North Devon. On the upper floor of the attractive split-level living area is a great family-size kitchen, with farmhouse-style furniture and overhead exposed beams.

A small staircase takes you into the spacious lounge where dogs can lie in front of the wood burner effect electric fire, and children can flit in and out of the double doors to the enclosed lawn. After a long day exploring, you can drop your things in the cosy double and twin bedrooms and step out onto the private patio area for an evening of sausages on the BBQ and croquet on the grass. Aside from having acres of farmland to explore, you will also have access to the nearby market town of Holsworthy, 5 miles to the south.

There you can wander through the weekly farmers' market, find pubs and shops or try your hand at some archery! For beach days and surf lessons, it is only a 12 mile trip to Bude where you can find golden sands, mini-golf, water sports and a tidal pool, to name but a few of the many things on offer.
