Wagtail is a single-storey cottage in a courtyard setting near Bradworthy. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom and has a shower room. The rest of the cottage consists of a kitchen with sitting area and a cosy dining room.

Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of gardens and a dog exercise area. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads between the gardens and the exercise field, and are not to be left alone in the cottage. There is also bike storage.

Wagtail makes an ideal base for a couple looking to explore this lovely part of Devon.
