Woodpecker Cottage is a single storey cottage in a small group on a smallholding near Bradworthy. Hosting one double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, this property can sleep two people. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Outside is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of yet more gardens and a dog-walking field. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads between the gardens and the exercise field, and are not to be left alone in the cottage. Woodpecker Cottage makes a lovely romantic base for couples to enjoy the wonderful Devon coastline.
