Please be aware of the following booking requirements: weekly bookings only starting on a Friday during July and August, minimum stay of 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Year. 12 Alpha Place, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a dining room with seating for eight guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV and wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, second-floor double with en-suite shower, double, and double bunk, serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, firepit, barbecue, roadside parking available on a first-come-first-serve basis and public car park nearby. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.3 miles a river. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at 12 Alpha Place.
