Accommodation Summary

Three bedrooms: 1 x kingsize with ensuite shower room, thermostatic shower, WC and basin and TV. 1 x twin bedroom small wardrobe, 1 x smaller twin beds and wardrobe and TV. A spacious open plan living and dining area, fully equipped shaker style fitted kitchen, family bathroom with three quarter size bath, over bath thermostatic shower, mirror, basin and toilet.

Outdoor decking and furniture. Serenity is accessed by 5 wooden steps, then all on single storey. However, There are a few wooden steps to access the rear deck area.

A barbecue slab or base is provided, please bring and dispose of your own barbecue

Facilities

Full gas central heating. Gas hob, electric oven/grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. electric log burner, 55 inch TV, 2 further TVs in bedrooms, Fuel and power included in rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent (please bring your own leisure towels). Parking for three cars. Two dogs welcome.

Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub on-site.
