Accommodation Summary

Two bedrooms: 1 x super-king with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with double and single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, outdoor decking and sitting area.

A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own BBQ and dispose of responsibly. Parking for two cars.

Facilities

Full central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, iPod dock, Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent.

Parking outside. Decking with outdoor furniture. Hot Tub - to be used between 10am and 10pm only.

Dog-friendly. Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry, no smoking.

Shop on site: 500 yards, village shop. Pub on site 500 yards, village shop 2 miles, village pub 2 miles. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
