The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, coffee machine and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There are two king-size bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear multi-level garden with patio, lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars.

Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, a river and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available.

Old Farm Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the Lake District National Park. Note: There is a low doorway into one of the king-size bedrooms, please take care. Please note: This property only accepts week long bookings.
