Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub.

Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.8 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two, off road parking spaces, free on street parking and a parking space in the garage.

The Paddock is a lovely base for your next adventure in the Lake District. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day
