This fantastic cottage features a light-filled lounge with exposed timber beams and fell views, providing an ideal space to sit in front of the pebble-effect gas fire, chat about the day or watch a movie. The fully equipped kitchen/diner is perfect for rustling up your favourite meals which you can share around the sociable dining table or the handy breakfast bar. The ground floor has a refreshing family bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms: an en-suite double and a cosy bunk room with a TV, ideal for children.

Upstairs is an en-suite king-size room with ambient lighting and a window seat so you can admire the views of Skiddaw. Outside, the pretty back garden has an array of shrubs and plants, with a patio and decked area featuring a welcoming breakfast bar-style seating area. The outbuilding houses a games room with a table for playing pool and table tennis.

Known as the adventure capital of the Lake District, Keswick offers plenty of opportunities for biking, hiking and climbing, or you can take to Derwentwater to go canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Keswick is also home to the Derwent Pencil Museum and the Puzzling Place, with Mirehouse and Gardens, Castlerigg Stone Circle and Threlkeld Quarry and Mining Museum nearby (all within 4.5 miles).
