The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining table for 20 and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of three ground-floor bedrooms including a super-king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a double with TV and en-suite shower room and a double there is also a family room with TV, king-size and two singles on the first floor, all serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. In the barn, you can find three further doubles, two bathrooms and a sitting room.

Outside there is ample off-road parking, a front patio with furniture and a rear patio with lawn. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 2.7 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Explore Cumbria at Clarence House.
