There is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, dining room with open gas fire and dining seating, three sitting rooms, two with open coal fires, a snug, a library with open coal fire, orangery, bar with open gas fire, games room with table tennis. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of two super-king-size and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. The first floor consists of a queen-size, two super-king-size, two doubles, a twin and a family room with a double and two singles, all with en-suite bathrooms.

Outside, there are ample grounds with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Up to four well-behaved pets are welcome however, this is a non-smoking property.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Valley View House is a wonderful choice for exploring Cumbria.

Please note : All outside noise is to stop at 10pm out of respect for our neighbours, therefore, the hot tub is not to be used after 10pm.Thank you for respecting our neighbours and their families.
