Entering this traditional, pretty end-terrace cottage, you will find a spacious open-plan ground floor living area, with a cosy lounge, charming dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A light and airy bedroom with shaker-style furniture and a double bed can be found on the first floor, with a view overlooking the fields from the window. Stepping outside, the sunny patio garden features outdoor furniture and a delightful summerhouse.

A section of the garden is enclosed with a barrier which can be removed if necessary. The tranquil village of Bouth has a friendly pub and is perfect for guests seeking an idyllic base for exploring the Lake District, with Windermere (5 miles), Coniston Water (6 miles) and Esthwaite Water (8 miles) providing plenty of opportunities for water sports, ferry trips and woodland walks. Numerous local landmarks and attractions include The Old Man of Coniston (12.5 miles), South Lakes Safari Zoo (9.5 miles), Fell Foot (5.5 miles), Grizedale Forest (11 miles) and Holker Hall and Gardens (6.5 miles).

The thriving market town of Ulverston (6 miles) is the birthplace of Stan Laurel and has a range of pubs and restaurants, as well as venues including Coronation Hall, Ford Park and the world's only Laurel and Hardy Museum.
